‘Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all,
Please be informed that several housekeeping and logistical measures have been discussed and considered in order for the safe conduct of Oral Exam sessions. Alongside this, it is also supported by the recent release of MOE’s Memo (please see attached). The school is pleased to announce that the October November GCE O Level Oral Exam sessions will resume tomorrow, Thursday, 3rd September 2026.
Those students who scheduled for their Oral Exam tomorrow, Thursday 3rd Sept 2026, as per arranged in the original Oral Exam Timetable.
Whereas, students who were originally scheduled for their Oral Exam today (Wednesday, 2nd September 2026), will have theirs on Saturday, 5th September 2026. Therefore, students who are scheduled to have their Bahasa Melayu Oral Exam will commence on Monday, 7th September 2026 onwards respectively.
Students are to ensure that they are in school by 12:30PM. Whereby, by 12:45PM attendance taking will be done in the allocated quarantined area in the Library’s Story Room / Sick Bay. The Oral Exam session will then start immediately at 1:00 PM following their turn.
Parents and Guardians are to pick students up on time following their Oral duration (at least 20 mins per turn. Thus, estimated pick up time will depend on the order of student’s turn). As soon as their session is over, the students will head to the Lecture Hall immediately as it will be used as a waiting area. Students will only head out to the pick up area once Parents / Guardians arrive.
