Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all parents and guardians, we are pleased to inform you that SMYSHHB will be holding the Graduation Ceremony for the Year 11 students in November 2026.
To ensure uniformity and formality during the event, all graduating students are required to rent the official graduation robe provided by the school.
1. Details are as follows:
• Date of Ceremony: 24 November 2026 (TUESDAY), 1.45pm onwards
• Venue: Dewan An-Naura, Kompleks Yayasan.
• Requirement: All graduating students must wear the school uniform and the graduation robe.
2. Rental fees:
• Fees to pay: The rental fee for a complete graduation gown is BND $130.00 per set.
• This includes a BND $50.00 deposit which will be refunded once the gown is returned in good and complete condition.
3. Payment Method:
• Payment for rental and deposit must be made by CASH to the payment counter with the form.
• Payment period: From 19 October 2026 (Monday) to 5 November 2026 (Thursday) during office hours.

• Payment form can be obtained from the class teachers and please return the form with the receipt to the admin before the due date.
4. Distribution of Graduation Gowns
• Gowns will be handed over to students on Saturday, 21 November 2026.
5. Returning Gowns & Deposit Refund
• Final date to return gowns: 25 November 2026, Wednesday.
• If returned on or before 2 December 2026, Wednesday, the deposit of BND $50.00 will be refunded in cash.
• If returned after 2 December 2026, Wednesday, the deposit will be refunded via the parent’s bank account (copy of bank book and copy of IC required).
• If returned after 9 December 2026, Wednesday, the deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
6. Procedure for Returning Gowns
• Gowns must be returned to the Administration Office, SMYSHHB.
• Parents must fill in the ‘GRADUATION GOWN RETURN FORM’.
• Parents must bring the form together with the original deposit receipt to the payment counter for deposit refund confirmation.
We kindly request parents/guardians to ensure that payment is made before the deadline. Your cooperation will help us prepare smoothly for this important occasion.
