Please be informed that Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Secondary School requires students in Years 7 to 11 to purchase list of items for the upcoming Academic Year 2026. These items are essential for classroom and school activities. Due date to purchase the school materials will be on 17th January 2026 (Saturday)
Important Information:
- Forms: Parents/guardians are encouraged to download and print the form, fill it in, and bring it to the Finance Section for payment. The official item list form for your child’s level will be attached to this memo. Please review the list and ensure the correct amount is paid.
- Payment method:
- Payments can be made at the Finance Section (Ground Floor)
- Parents making online payments are kindly reminded to complete separate transactions for each item they wish to purchase. Please refer to the steps outlined below:
- Log in to the app and select Bill Payment.
- Enter the student’s name under Reference 1.
- Enter the student ID and class under Reference 2.
- Specify the item to be purchased under Reference 3.
- Take a screenshot of each transaction as proof of payment and for record‑keeping purposes.
3. Collection of Items:
After payment, please bring the receipt and the completed form to the Secondary Administration Office (First Floor) to collect the items.
