➡️ Key Guidelines to Follow: 🥗 Adopt the 5:2:1:0 Health Rule: 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily 2 hours or less of recreational screen time 1 hour of physical activity each day 0 sugary beverages – choose water for hydration 💧
