To ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed clearly and systematically, we will be providing an online inquiry link here via the PRAISE platform for Parents and Guardians to submit any further questions.
Important information to note:

- All submissions will be reviewed by the School Management alongside relevant committees.
- A consolidated FAQ will be prepared and shared within one week after the submission deadline (starting from Monday).

Afternoon Lessons Commencement and Option Subject Deadline
Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all,
Kindly be informed please take note of the following important dates regarding the start of afternoon lessons and the deadline for the option subject trial period.
- Commencement of Afternoon Lessons
Afternoon lessons for the following year levels will begin on the dates outlined below
- Year 9:
Afternoon lessons will commence on Monday, 19 January 2026. - Year 10 and Year 11:
Afternoon lessons will commence earlier, on Monday, 12 January 2026.
2. Deadline for Option Subject Trial Period
Students who have not yet finalised their option subject choices are reminded that the trial period is ongoing.
The final deadline to confirm option subject selections is:
Monday, 26 January 2026
After this date, subject changes will no longer be accommodated.

REGISTRATION FOR MAY/JUNE BC-GCE O LEVEL EXAM 2026
Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all parents and guardians,
Kindly be informed that the BC-GCE O level May/June Examination 2026 is open for registration.
Kindly be informed that the school only allows registration of Bahasa Melayu & English Language subject. Students who are interested are required to get the registration form from Miss Peng Pei Hwan at the ground floor staffroom.
Please also take note that the closing date for the school’s registration is on 19 January 2026, Monday.

Siblings Discount
Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all,
Kindly be informed that Yayasan SHHB Secondary School has received a ‘Letter of Notification’ from the CEO’s Office regarding ‘Siblings Discount’. It has been notified that starting from the Academic School Year 2026 onwards, the ‘Siblings Discount’ pertaining the payment of School Fees, has been eliminated. However, the payment for ‘Lumpsum’ for annual payment (before January 31st) will remain.
Attached is the written memo from both the CEO’s Office and School Admin for your reference.

Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all parents and guardians.
Kindly be informed that Yayasan SHHB Secondary School will be organising a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM).
The details of the event are as follows:
- Date/Day: 29 May 2025 (Thursday)
- Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm
- Venue: Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH)
All parents/guardians and students are encouraged to come and see respective subject teachers to know the progress of their learning for the Mid-Year Exam.
Kindly please be reminded to settle any outstanding school fees and bring evidence in the form of receipt/screenshot if payment was made within the recent week.
