Reminder on Student Safety, Well-Being and Shared Responsibility

FORMAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reminder on Student Safety, Well-Being and Shared Responsibility.

Dear Parents, Guardians, Students and Members of the School Community,

The school would like to remind everyone of the importance of maintaining a safe, caring and responsible environment for all students.

We have observed that some students may be engaging in activities outside the designated school areas, including crossing the road or approaching vendors outside the school boundary. While this may appear minor, it may create unnecessary safety risks, especially during busy traffic periods.

As a precautionary measure, the school has taken appropriate steps to manage the matter and reduce potential risks around the school area. However, student safety is a shared responsibility. We kindly seek the cooperation of parents, guardians, students and the wider school community to support safe practices and avoid encouraging activities that may place students at risk.

Students are reminded to:

– Remain within the designated school areas.
– Avoid crossing roads unnecessarily or without supervision.
– Follow school safety instructions at all times.
– Refrain from activities that may endanger themselves or others.
– Take extra precautions in areas where students are not supposed to be.

We also encourage everyone to work together in taking care of the school environment and facilities. If there are any safety concerns, facility issues, damaged areas, or matters requiring attention, please report them to the school administration, teachers, or relevant school personnel so that appropriate action can be taken.

The well-being, safety and protection of our students remain a priority. Thank you for your cooperation, understanding and continued support in helping us maintain a safe and positive school environment.
