The school would like to remind all parents, guardians, and students of Yayasan SHHB Secondary school that any external food deliveries or food collections within the school compound must only be placed at the designated area approved by the secondary school management.
The school canteen area must not be used as a delivery, collection, or distribution point for external food orders, as it is an officially designated operational space for the appointed school canteen operator.
This reminder is issued to ensure that student safety, supervision, hygiene, access control, and the orderly use of school facilities are properly maintained. It also helps to avoid misunderstanding and ensures that all parties are respected within the school environment.
Parents and guardians are kindly requested to advise their children, as well as any external food suppliers or delivery services involved, to ensure that food deliveries are placed only at the approved designated area and not at the school canteen.
The school appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all parties in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, orderly, and harmonious learning environment for the well-being of our students and the wider school community.
