We are pleased to announce that our school will be hosting Environmental and Sustainability Week, an initiative designed to raise awareness and inspire positive actions toward a greener, more sustainable future.
Event Highlights
1. Student Showcase
- Preparation begins: 8 June 2026
- Official launch: 10 June 2026
- Location: Foyer Area
- Featuring creative displays by students, this showcase provides an opportunity to explore sustainable practices and innovative ideas.
2. Talk Sessions
- Tadabbur Alam Sekitar – Hosted by the IRK Department for Year 7 students (Foyer, 8:00AM).
- Special Environmental Talk & Workshop – Conducted by an invited guest for Year 10 students (Lecture Hall, 13 June 2026, 1:30PM).
- These sessions will be led by experts, encouraging meaningful discussions on sustainability and how students can contribute to positive change.
3. Student Competitions
- Lower Secondary: Human Tableau Competition – starting 11 May 2026.
- Upper Secondary: Reels Making Competition – starting 11 May 2026 (Year 10 & Year 11 students may begin from 12 May onwards).
- Reminder: Filming must only take place during English, Business, or IRK lessons and must be done within the school premises.
Submission dates:
- Lower Secondary: 25 May 2026 (Monday).
- Upper Secondary: 28 May 2026 – 30 May 2026.
