Kindly be informed following the memorandum by the Department of Planning, Development and Research, Ministry of Education, Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Secondary School will be conducting SLS Students Questionnaire.
The purpose of this survey is to gather data on students’ economic, social and cultural status, understand their experiences related to bullying in school and support evidence-based decision making and targeted interventions by the Ministry of Education.
The participants will be Year 8 students only and the questionnaire will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Students will be asked about their home and family resources, as well as their experiences related to behaviour in school. All responses are confidential and will be used for research purposes only.
Attached is the schedule for the SLS Questionnaire. To ensure smooth process, we kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your child is present and arrives at school on time.
