‘Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all,
Following the Memorandum from Permanent Secretary (Core Education), Ministry of Education (ref:KPE/JPS/C/5) pt. 1/ dated 2 Syaa’ban 1447 / 11 February 2025; there are a few reminders shared and are as follows:
1. In honour of the holy month of Ramadhan, the canteen will be closed. The non-Muslims students are allowed to bring packed food and drinks for recess.
2. The school hours during the holy month of Ramadhan for Secondary session will commence at 7.45 AM and ends at 11.50 AM.
3. There will be no afternoon lessons during the month of Ramadhan. (With the exception of special arrangements with respective subject teachers)
4. There some changes made with the timing on Wednesday. (different from previous years, please be aware of the timing)
Attached alongside this announcement are relevant documents such as the MOE’s Memo and Principal’s Memo including the new Ramadhan timetable prepared by the Academic Committee on time change for your perusal.
