Kindly be informed that Yayasan SHHB Secondary School will be inviting Master of Counselling students Batch 2024/2025 to a motivational talk on Family F.I.R.S.T (Fostering Interaction, Resilience, Support and Trust).
This programme emphasises empowering Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (PRS) students with family values, communication and resilience to support themselves and their peers.
This program focuses on building independence and teamwork through family roles, encouraging each member to take responsibility while working together as a unit. It also emphasises the importance of fostering trust and healthy communication within families to strengthen bonds and support positive relationships. In addition, the initiative highlights coping smarter by equipping students with resilience strategies and promoting emotional well-being to help them manage challenges more effectively.
