[SMY] RENTAL OF THE SCHOOL LOCKER 2025 [5/1]

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings to all,

Kindly be informed that the registration for the rental of the school locker starts from 5 January 2025. The number of locker available is also limited and is on first come first serve basis.

Procedures for rental of locker

  • Students are required to get the locker application form from the outside the ground floor staffroom.
  • The students are required to complete the form and make the payment to the finance counter to obtain a receipt.
  • The student will then bring the completed form with receipt to teacher in-charge (Teacher Amanda from ground floor staffroom)
  • The teacher in-charge will assign a locker to the student – either during break time (10.15 a.m. – 10.40 a.m.) OR after school (12.30 a.m.  to 1.00 p.m.)

Kindly note that:

  • The rental fee for the school locker is $20 per year.
  • Students are responsible for safekeeping of their own locker keys.
  • Students are required to return the locker keys at the end of the year.
  • A replacement charge of $5.00 will be incurred if the key is lost.
  • All lockers are to be cleared out before the end of year examination, graduation or transferring school.
